Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance sale items

  • Digital downloads


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval.

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.


4. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.


5. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.
